Non-Invasive Treatments – Specialized by Dr. Nicholas Garcia
Dr. Nicholas Garcia has trained extensively in minimally invasive correction of forefoot deformities including: Bunions, Hammertoes, Tailors bunions, Bone spurring, and Arthritis. Over the course of his training, Dr. Garcia has successfully treated over 250 patients with a minimally invasive approach to foot surgery resulting in faster recovery, decreased post-operative pain, and minimal scarring.
Dr. Nicholas R. Garcia was raised in East Lansing, Michigan. He went on to attend Loyola University Chicago graduating cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Afterwards, he obtained his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University. He completed his surgical residency at Western Reserve Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital as Chief Resident, specializing in diabetic limb salvage, chronic wound management, lower extremity trauma, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
During his residency, Dr. Garcia trained extensively in minimally invasive surgical correction —providing patients with faster recovery, minimal scarring, and improved functionality compared to traditional techniques. He employs a patient-centered and evidence-based philosophy, taking great care to educate as well as treat those in need.
Outside of practice, Dr. Garcia is an amateur chef who loves cooking for friends and family. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Julie, and his dog, Cooper.
